Croft Labs LLC
Privacy Policy
Effective August 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Croft Labs LLC ("Croft Labs," "we," "us," or "our") handles information through our applications, services, connected products, and croftlabsllc.com. A product-specific notice may provide additional details and controls; where it is more specific, that notice applies to that product.
Information we may collect
The information involved depends on the product and features you choose to use. It may include:
- contact and support information, including your name, email address, and message;
- account identifiers and authentication records when an optional or required account is used;
- content and records you create, such as logbook entries, course progress, schedules, assessments, notes, or settings;
- device, application, diagnostic, crash, security, and permission information;
- location, weather, telemetry, or connected-hardware data only when a feature uses it and you grant any required permission; and
- purchase or subscription status supplied by an app store or payment processor. We do not receive full payment-card details from app stores.
Our hosting providers may record IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp, and error data for security, reliability, and diagnostics. Croftlabsllc.com does not currently use advertising cookies or behavioral advertising trackers.
How we use information
We use information to provide requested features, maintain accounts and records, synchronize data when enabled, process support requests, administer purchases and entitlements, improve reliability and accessibility, protect users and services, comply with law, and communicate service or account information. We request consent or device permission where required and do not use permission-protected data for an unrelated purpose.
How information may be shared
We do not sell personal information. We may share only what is reasonably necessary with service providers that support hosting, authentication, cloud storage or synchronization, email, diagnostics, security, app distribution, and payment processing; when required by law or valid legal process; to protect rights, safety, property, or service integrity; or in a business transaction subject to appropriate protections. Third-party services process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Retention and deletion
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the feature or account, support and security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement. Retention varies by product and record type. When a valid deletion request is completed, account-linked information is deleted or de-identified unless law, security, fraud prevention, payment records, or another legitimate obligation requires limited retention. Locally stored records that were never sent to us remain under the user's control and may need to be removed in the application or from the device.
Visit Account deletion for product-specific instructions and an external request method.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted network transport where supported. No electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure. Service providers may process information in the United States or other locations under protections appropriate to the service and applicable law.
Your choices and rights
You can decline optional permissions, avoid optional account or cloud features where supported, and manage app or device settings. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, or withdraw consent for future processing. See Privacy choices. We may verify identity before fulfilling a request.
Children's privacy
Our general-audience products and company website are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child without authorization required by applicable law. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided information should contact us.
