Delete an account and associated data

This page provides a public account-deletion pathway for Croft Labs LLC products. Deleting an application from a device does not necessarily delete an online account.

RC Flight Logbook

Use the RC Flight Logbook account deletion page for its in-app and external instructions. Records stored only on your device remain under your control and must be removed in the app or from the device.

Somatic Training Lab

Sign in, open your account settings, and use the account deletion request control. If you cannot sign in, use the external email method below and identify Somatic Training Lab in your request.

Other Croft Labs accounts or external request

Email an account deletion request. Include the product name and the email address associated with the account. Do not send your password, payment-card number, authentication code, or unnecessary sensitive information. We may ask for reasonable identity verification before deleting an account.

What deletion covers

After verification, we delete or de-identify the account and personal information linked to it that Croft Labs controls, including product records stored with that account, unless you request a narrower deletion that the product supports. Data may be retained where reasonably required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, disputes, or payment and transaction records. Retained information is limited to the relevant purpose and deleted or de-identified when that obligation ends.

Deleting a Croft Labs account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage an active store subscription through the store account that processed it.
